Paul Keller is co-Founder and Policy Director at Open Future. Open Future is a think-tank for the open movement, with the ambition to make the open movement more impactful and to be a strong public interest voice in debates about digital policies. When it comes to the digital commons and shared and public internet, by building narratives, research and strategic advocacy work.

Paul Keller has extensive experience in copyright policy and open licensing systems. He worked as a systems architect, a strategic policy advisor and as public interest lobbyist. His work combines a deep understanding of digital technology, copyright law and EU policy making in an effort to contribute to building a fair, shared digital space in Europe and beyond.
